I absolutely recommend Ms. Ly as a real estate agent. From the beginning when I sent her my apartment preferences (location, number of bedrooms, budget, etc.) she provided me with multiple options that captured my interest. All the way until the signing of my contract and even my move-in, she was:

As U.S. citizens moving to Hanoi, my partner and I had no idea about how and where to find the right home at the right price. From the very beginning of our search to the end (and after!), Dang was knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and courteous. He spent hours taking us all over our chosen area of Tay Ho to 12 different apartments, waiting patiently as we discussed pros and cons of each one. After the first day, when we were able to narrow down what we really wanted after seeing a few apartments, Dang responded by modifying his list of apartments we viewed the next day, adding some he thought we might like. Throughout the process, Dang never pressured us to buy. His focus was helping us find the best apartment for our needs and budget— not on making a sale. While we found a beautiful apartment we loved at the bottom of our price range quickly, Dang would have kept taking us to look at houses until we found just the right one. After we made our selection, Dang arranged for his colleagues to meet us at our new apartment on move-in day to help us settle in and navigate the final paperwork with us.
