I would highly recommend Hien to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent in Hanoi. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, friendly, patient and helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was always willing to help us find the right property. What makes Hien truly special is that his care does not end once the contract is signed. He continues to stay in touch throughout the whole stay, checking in to make sure everything is going well and that we are happy with the property. He genuinely cares about his clients and is always there whenever we need help or advice. As a foreigner renting a property in Hanoi, having someone like Hien makes the whole experience so much easier and gives you real peace of mind. I never hesitate to contact him, because I know he will always do his best to help. Thank you so much, Hien, for your kindness, professionalism and, most importantly, for always being there even after the rental was completed.
